Claudia Taylor Johnson Hall, 210 West 6th Street

Occurred on 3-19-05 at 3:00 a.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found sitting on the east side of the building. The subject was disoriented and not aware of her location. The subject had difficulty standing without assistance. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point she was a physical endangerment to herself.

Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 West 21st Street

Occurred on 3-19-05 at 2:32 a.m.

Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts): Two UT students, who were both under the age of 21, were found in an 11th floor dormitory room. One of the residents was found to be in possession of a make-shift plastic pipe containing burned marijuana residue and a plastic bag containing 1.205 ounces of marijuana. The other student was found to be in possession of a ceramic pipe containing burned marijuana residue.

2000 Robert Dedman Drive

Occurred on 3-19-05 at 12:20 a.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found standing in the middle of the roadway. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point she was a physical endangerment to herself and others.

2300 Robert Dedman Drive

Occurred on 3-18-05 at 9:44 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found "passed out" on the west side of the roadway. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

2000 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 3-20-05 at 12:30 a.m.

Driving Under the Influence by a Minor / Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was stopped for driving a 2003 Toyota 4-door without its headlamps turned on. The student was found to have consumed alcoholic beverages. A passenger of the vehicle who was a UT student under the age of 21 was also found to have consumed alcoholic beverages. Two other passengers in the vehicle did not display any signs of having consumed alcoholic beverages.

Townes Hall, 727 East Dean Keeton

Discovered on 3-14-05 at 2:00 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: An unknown object was used to cause cracks in a 1.25" thick marble table top located inside an unsecured 2nd floor lounge. Repair cost: $1,343.00.

Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Discovered on 3-21-05 at 3:35 a.m.

Graffiti: A silver paint pen was used to write words and draw images on the east exterior wall of the building. Removal cost: $35.00.

114 West 7th Street

Occurred on 3-19-05 at 1:47 a.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found staggering into a lane of traffic. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself and others.

Occurred at various times.

Noncriminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, UTPD responded to 22 alarm calls, 11 unsecured door reports, 4 suspicious activity reports, 1 medical emergency, 1 motor vehicle collision, 1 found property report and 7 public assist reports between 3-18-05 and 3-21-05.
