Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found loitering in the creek bed. A used hypodermic needle was found where the subject was standing. The subject had previously been issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Colorado Building, 702 Colorado
Discovered on 3-22-05 at 3:00 a.m.
Graffiti: A black marker was used to write letters on the east exterior wall of the building. Removal cost: $35.00.
200 East Jester Circle
Occurred on 3-22-05 at 2:01 a.m.
Failure to Identify / Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was stopped for driving a 1997 Mazda 4-door without headlamps. The driver initially provided the officer with a fictitious name. The subject stated she feared going to jail as she believed she had outstanding warrants for shoplifting and theft by check. After being advised of the consequences of failure to identify, the subject provided her correct name and date of birth. The subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for a bond forfeiture related to an unknown felony, three outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for traffic violations and two additional outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for unknown offenses.

Occurred on 3-19-05 at 11:49 p.m.
Harassment: An unidentified male subject left an obscene message on the automated voice mail system of a UT Staff member who has a 4th floor office.
Perry-Castañeda Library, 101 East 21st Street
Occurred on 3-22-05 at 12:30 a.m.
Criminal Trespass / Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject entered the library after it had closed to the general public. The subject walked by a front desk security guard station where the guard was waving his arms in an attempt to get the subject's attention. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning. The subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for public intoxication.
Occurred at various times.
Noncriminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, UTPD responded to 18 alarm calls, 2 unsecured door reports, 4 suspicious activity reports, 1 found property report and 4 public assist reports between 3-21-05 and 3-22-05.
