200 Block East 21st Street

Occurred between 3-11-05 and 3-21-05 at 2:00 p.m.

Theft: A gold colored 21-speed Trek mountain bicycle was stolen from the bike racks on the south side of Moore Hall dormitory after being secured with a cable and combination pad lock. Loss value $300.00.

2600 Block Whitis Ave

Occurred on 3-24-05 at 2:00 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: A UT student reported hearing glass breaking and seeing a white male with long brown hair running away from a green 1998 Chevy Suburban that was parked along the west curb line of Whitis Ave. The same subject was then seen standing next to the vehicle again a short time later and ran towards the Whitis Court area when observed for the second time. Upon investigation it was discovered that the passenger side window, windshield and passenger side mirror were broken. Loss value $350.00.

Noncriminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, UTPD responded to 10 alarm calls, 2 unsecured door reports, 3 suspicious activity reports, and 1 reported fire between 3-23-05 and 3-24-05.
