Roberts Hall Dormitory, 303 East 21st Street
Occurred on 6-24-05 at 1:27 a.m.
Public Intoxication / Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor / Assist Outside Agency: A group of three UT students, who were all under the age of 21, were observed walking on the north side of the dormitory. One of the students was carrying a fourth UT student who was unconscious. The unconscious student was found to be under the age of 21 and had consumed alcoholic beverages to the point she was a physical endangerment to herself. One of the other three students was found to have consumed alcoholic beverages. That student was also found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for theft by check.

Occurred on 6-23-05 at 8:30 p.m.
Presenting a Driver's License Issued to Another: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was stopped for obstructing traffic while stopped in the middle of the roadway in a 2002 Toyota Celica. The student presented a driver's license issued to another person who was 21 years old.

Occurred on 6-24-05 at 2:38 a.m.
Driving While Intoxicated: A non-UT subject, who was under the age of 21, was stopped for running a stop sign while driving a 2003 Ford pick-up truck. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was driving while intoxicated.
San Jacinto Residence Hall, 309 East 21st Street
Occurred between 6-21-05 and 6-23-05 at 10:45 p.m.
Theft: A credit card was stolen from an unsecured package that had been mailed to a 4th floor resident.

Whenever you mail any item, make sure the package is properly sealed to help prevent thefts from the package.
Occurred at various times.
Noncriminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, UTPD responded to 6 alarm calls, 2 unsecured doors, 1 public assist request, 1 suspicious activity report, 1 collision and 1 medical emergency between 6-23-05 and 6-24-05.
