Public Intoxication / Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor (3 counts): A UT officer found three future UT students who were on campus for new student orientation. The officer's attention was drawn to these three subjects, as one of them was leaning out of a parked pick-up truck while "forcefully" exhibiting an extreme, involuntary physical reaction to the over-consumption of an alcoholic beverage. The future student exhibited this involuntary physical reaction five different times while in the officer's presence. That subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself and others.
