Occurred on 7-28-05 between 7:15 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The right front window of a white Toyota 4-door was forced down while the vehicle was parked by building G. The detachable faceplate to the vehicle's in-dash Panasonic stereo was stolen from the vehicle. The plastic housing around the stereo mount was partially pulled from the dashboard. Loss value: $50.00.
Crime Prevention Tip
Thieves do not like risking being caught if they don't know what they will get by breaking into a vehicle. Don't advertise the type of stereo in your car. Conceal the stereo by placing a towel across your dashboard and allow it to drape down over the stereo console.
