Occurred on 8-16-05 12:10 AM.
Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found crawling into the roadway. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself and others.
Occurred on 8-15-05 at 11:41 PM.
Public Intoxication: While crossing the street in-front of a plainly marked police vehicle, a non-UT subject fell to the ground. The subject got up and stumbled the rest of the way across the street. The subject complained he had broken his shoulder in the fall. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself and others. Austin-Travis County EMS was summoned to transport the subject to a local hospital for treatment of his injured arm.
Parking Lot 80, 1900 Red River
Occurred on 8-15-05 between 8:45 AM and 11:15 AM.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The center dashboard to an unsecured 1997 Jeep was damaged when an Iwia AM / FM / CD stereo was stolen from the vehicle. A blue Jansport backpack containing a textbook and two novels were also stolen from the vehicle. Repair cost: $200.00. Loss value: $300.00.

Occurred on 8-15-05 at 9:50 AM.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was observed removing trash from 4th floor waste baskets. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Occurred on 8-16-05 at 2:05 AM.
Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was stopped for running a stop sign while driving a 1991 Chevrolet pick-up truck. The subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for running a red light.
Townes Hall, 727 East Dean Keeton
Occurred between 8-13-05 at 3:33 PM and 8-15-05 at 6:40 AM.
Theft: A DeWalt chop saw, a red portable generator and a DeWalt table saw were stolen when they were secured with a cable lock in a secured 2nd floor hallway. Loss value: $1,800.00.
Occurred at various times.
Non-Criminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, The University of Texas Police Department responded to 11 alarm calls, 2 unsecured door reports, 2 suspicious activity reports, 2 medical emergency calls and 3 calls for service between 8-15-05 and 8-16-05.
