He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a red button down collared shirt with a black undershirt. Loss value: $19.00.

Crime Prevention Tip:

This is the second report made this week involving both of these subjects inside Jester Dormitory. At the start of every year we see magazine vendors invading our dormitories to sell magazine subscriptions. Some of these vendors are actually attempting to sell subscriptions, while others are looking for opportunities to commit crimes. These subjects get into the dormitories by following residents through the card reader controlled doors. This practice is commonly referred to as tailgating. Dormitory residents have a responsibility to protect themselves and their neighbors. Do not allow people to follow you through a card reader door. If you notice a suspicious person in your dormitory, then report that person to the police department as soon as possible. You can reach the police department 24-hours a day; 7 days a week at 512-471-4441 or by 9-1-1 from a campus telephone.
