Occurred on 9-3-05 at 12:14 Am and 9-7-05 at 5:31 PM.
Harassment: A UT student sent two alarming and offensive e-mails to a 2nd floor staff members office computer.
Crime Prevention Tip:
If you receive harassing e-mails do not delete the e-mails. Make sure you print out a copy of the e-mail for the police officer taking the report, and leave the e-mail in your inbox until after a police report is made. The content of the e-mail, the routing of the e-mail and the return e-mail address will assist in discovering the author of the harassing correspondence.

Occurred on 9-9-05 at 2:25 AM.
Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was stopped for running a stop sign and speeding (45 MPH) while driving a white Chevrolet 4-door. The subject was found to have five outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for traffic violations and failing to appear in court.
West Mall Office Building, #3 West Mall
Occurred on 9-9-05 at 2:40 AM.
Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: Two UT students were found engaged in an argument on the northwest side of the building. One of the students, who was under the age of 21, was found to have consumed alcoholic beverages.
100 West 22nd Street
Occurred on 9-9-05 at 3:59 AM.
Driving While Intoxicated: A UT student was stopped for driving a black colored Honda 2-door at night without its headlamps activated. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was driving while intoxicated.

Occurred at various times.
Non-Criminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, The University of Texas Police Department responded to 16 alarm, 4 unsecured door reports, 1 suspicious activity report, 1 medical emergency and 2 calls for service between 9-08-05 and 9-09-05.
