Crime Prevention Tip:
The police rely on you to help us keep an eye out for suspicious or criminal activity. You also need to be made aware of the importance of prompt reporting of such activity to the police department. By quickly reporting the suspicious activity of the subject being in a womens restroom, the officer was able to meet with the reporting person in a timely manner and therefore was able to locate the subject before he finished what he was doing. This case illustrates that by helping us keep an eye on the campus and reporting criminal or suspicious activity, you too will make our campus a safe environment for the educational process. This partnership between you and the police is one example of the benefits of community policing.
