Graduate and International Admissions, 2608 Whitis

Occurred on 9-29-05 at 1:00 AM.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the sidewalk by the southwest side of the building. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

San Antonio Garage, 2420 San Antonio

Removal cost: $35.00. Discovered on 9-28-05.

Graffiti: Green paint was used to write a word on a 1st floor wall in the northwest stairwell of the garage.

Townes Hall, 727 East Dean Keeton

Occurred on 9-28-05 at 12:45 PM.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found using a law library computer for personal business longer than the allotted time of use for the computers. Signs inside the law library clearly indicate computer use can not exceed 30 minutes and those engaged in law research have priority of use. At the request of the library staff, the subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Townes Hall, 727 East Dean Keeton

Occurred on 9-28-05 at 4:30 PM.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a 6th floor area reserved for faculty, staff and students. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 9-28-05 at 9:00 PM.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject, who matched the description of a suspect in a recent graffiti case, was found inside the Union Underground. At the request of a Union Building employee, the subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

University Teaching Center, 105 West 21st Street

Occurred between 9-27-05 at 7:45 PM and 9-28-05 at 1:00 AM.

Theft: A black and grey Nike backpack containing a pair of prescription glasses was stolen after it was left in an unsecured 4th floor classroom. Loss value: $220.00.

West Mall

Occurred on 9-26-05 at 8:10 PM.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found playing a guitar for tips and attempting to sell his compact discs; a violation of UT Regents Rules and Regulations concerning solicitation on campus. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
