Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found going through the dumpsters located by the N building. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Occurred on 10-13-05 at 3:10 PM.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was reported as having relieved herself on the East Mall. The subject admitted to the indiscretion and was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Jesse H. Jones Communication Center, 2504-C Whitis
Discovered on 10-13-05 at 8:05 AM.
Graffiti: Black paint was used to write words on the south wall of building C. Removal cost: $40.00.
Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street
Occurred on 10-14-05 at 4:00 AM.
Public Intoxication: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found lying on the ground next to a puddle of what appeared to be the students stomach testimonial of her alcohol consumption. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point she was a physical endangerment to herself.
Littlefield Carriage House, 2410 Whitis
Occurred between 10-12-05 and 10-13-05 at 7:30 AM.
Graffiti: White paint and green paint were used to write words on the west exterior wall of the building. Removal cost: $40.00.
2300 San Jacinto
Occurred on 10-14-05 at 1:40 AM.
Driving While Intoxicated / Possession of Marijuana: A non-UT subject was stopped for disregarding a stop sign while driving a 2000 BMW. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was driving while intoxicated. The subject was found to be in possession of a plastic bag containing less than 2 ounces of marijuana.
San Jacinto Residence Hall, 309 East 21st Street
Occurred on 10-13-05 at 11:15 PM.
Public Intoxication: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found unconscious on the floor in a 1st floor womens restroom. When awakened, the student stated he was embarrassed about where he was, but insisted he would be fine in a few hours. The student then laid his head back down on a towel that had been impregnated with the contents of the students stomach; no doubt due to the amount of alcohol the student had previously consumed. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself and others.
Occurred on 10-13-05 between 10:15 PM and 11:30 PM.
Theft: A dark colored denim tote bag containing a Nokia cell phone, a key ring, an i-pod, a second camera cell phone belonging to the victims friend, a wallet belonging to the victims friend and various credit cards, identification cards and social security cards belonging to the victim and her friend, was stolen when the tote was left behind a cement bench located on the southwest side of the East Mall. The owner of the tote bag left the bag behind the bench while she walked around the East Mall. Loss value: $350.00.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found stumbling in the roadway. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself and others.
Occurred at various times.
Non-Criminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, The University of Texas Police Department responded to 9 alarm calls, 3 suspicious activity reports, 1 motor vehicle collision and 7 public assist request between 10-13-05 and 10-14-05.
