Graffiti: Black spray paint was used to write several words on a mobile storage unit located on the east side of the building. Removal cost: $50.00.
Perry-Castañeda Library, 101 East 21st Street
Occurred on 11-22-05 between 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM.
Theft: A Raleigh M80 bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to a bicycle rack located on the north side of the library. Loss value: $200.00.
Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall
Occurred on 12-6-05 at 10:20 PM.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was reported as sleeping on a chair in the basement level hallway that was not open to the public. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Occurred on 12-7-05 at 1:10 AM.
Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was observed staggering and swaying while he walked near the roadway. The subject came to a payphone where he apparently needed to stop and place a phone call. The subject dropped a debit card on the ground and had a difficult time locating the card that landed 9 inches from his foot. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself and others. The subject did have a lucid moment when he stated he knew he was drunk, but at least he hadnt been driving.

Criminal Trespass (2 counts): Two non-UT subjects were found sleeping on the north side of an abandoned building. Both subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.
Occurred at various times.
Non-Criminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, The University of Texas Police Department responded to 14 alarm calls, 3 unsecured door reports, 2 public assist request, 2 motor vehicle collisions, 2 medical emergencies and 2 suspicious activity calls between 12-06-05 and 12-07-05.
