Occurred on 01-04-06 at 8:49 PM.
Assist Outside Agency: A UT police officer was summoned to investigate a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, the officers found two non-UT subjects who had been involved in an argument regarding one of the subjects following the other subject as he walked around the downtown area. The subject who was following the other was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for public intoxication. Of course that meant he could no longer follow the first subject.
Brazos Garage, 210 East MLK

Criminal Mischief: An unknown subject caused damage to the northeast exit gate to the parking garage. Repair cost: Undetermined at this time.
University Teaching Center, 105 West 21st Street
Reported on 01-04-06 at 9:00 AM.
Criminal Mischief: For two days in a row, an unknown subject left a memorial of his last meal on the ground of a walled-in trash enclosure located on the west side of the building. Removal of that subjects concept of refuse created a substantial inconvenience for the UT Staff member responsible for maintaining this area. Evidence was not gathered by the officer. Removal cost: $10.00.

Driving While Intoxicated: A UT student was stopped for running a stop sign while driving a black 2000 Jeep Cherokee. The student was found to have consumed alcoholic beverages to the point he was driving while intoxicated.
Occurred at various times.
Non-Criminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, The University of Texas Police Department responded to 5 alarm calls, 1 unsecured door report, 1 public assist request, 1 motor vehicle collision and 1 suspicious activity report between 01-04-06 and 01-05-06.
