Harassment: A UT staff member has received a telephone call and an e-mail from her estranged spouse. The telephone call and e-mail were harassing in nature and found to make the staff member feel annoyed, tormented and frightened.

Graduate School of Business, 100 West 21st Street

Occurred on 01-08-06 at 2:50 AM.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found walking away from a bank of lockers located inside a 3rd floor hallway after the building was closed to the public. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Jesse H. Jones Communication Center, 2504B Whitis

Occurred on 01-08-06 at 9:17 AM.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was reported as sleeping on a couch located in a 4th floor lobby. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Kinsolving Dormitory, 2605 Whitis

Occurred on 01-08-06 at 3:45 AM.

Public Intoxication: A UT student was found having difficulty standing on her own. The student was found to have consumed alcoholic beverages to the point she was a physical endangerment to herself and others.

Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall

Occurred between 12-31-05 at 8:00 PM and 01-06-06 at 4:15 PM.

Theft: A blue Gary Fisher bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to a hand rail located on the south side of the building. Loss value: $200.00.

Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Occurred on 01-09-06 at 1:03 AM.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the east side of the building. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

200 West 21st Street

Occurred between 01-05-06 at 4:30 PM and 01-06-06 at 2:30 AM.

Theft: The license plate and attached registration and inspection stickers were stolen from a maroon Honda VT600C motorcycle while the motorcycle was parked on the north side of the roadway. Loss value: 30.00.

Occurred at various times.

Non-Criminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, The University of Texas Police Department responded to 23 alarm calls, 12 unsecured door reports, 7 public assist requests, 1 motor vehicle collision, 1 medical emergency and 6 suspicious activity reports between 01-06-06 and 01-09-06.
