Records and Reports

The Records Unit

The records unit is the repository for all police reports and records. The Records unit is open to the public from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday and closed on weekends and university holidays. The following reports are available from the records section:

• Copies of collision reports
• Copies of incident reports
• Daily crime log
• Statistical information
• Demographic reports
• Summaries of arrest reports

Clery Reports

The Clery Crime Statistics are reported using the definitions outlined by the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and have been provided by the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. These statistics represent a compilation of crime statistics from numerous campus security authorities, not just the University Police Department.
