CHAPTER 2- ADMINISTRATION

Sec. 1. General Provisions

I. The University of Texas at Austin is one of the component institutions of The University of Texas System and is governed by the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System pursuant to authority granted by Title 3, Chapter 65, Sections 65.31, 67.02, Texas Education Code.

II. The "Administration" as referred to herein is the administration of The University of Texas at Austin.
