CHAPTER 4 - STUDENTS
Sec. 4.05 Availability of Coursework to Students
- A student has the right to have either returned or made available to him/her for examination or inspection, all written materials submitted to meet the requirements of the course. (To be "made available" does not guarantee a right for a photo copy but the materials may be examined or inspected in the office.) The faculty member or department is required to retain for a period of at least one long semester following the completion of the course, all written materials that have not been previously returned.
