CHAPTER 6 - UNIVERSITY FACILITIES AND SERVICES
Sec. 6.17. General Principles and Guidelines for the Printing of Stationery
- The printing of stationery for use by offices of The University is governed by the following:
- 1. Only administrative offices, academic departments, and established centers which have been approved through appropriate administrative channels may have their own stationery.
- 2. The basic format for all stationery used by University offices calls for black type on white paper, with The University seal, The University of Texas at Austin, a large subdivision such as a college, and the city, state, and zip code centered at the top. The title of the office should be immediately below this and to the left. The post office box number and telephone number (including area code) may be given just below the office title, if desired.
- 3. The basic format for an envelope should contain The University seal and a maximum of four lines of type.
