Sec. 7.13. Memorial Book Fund

The President's office should be notified (CTX 1232) upon the death of a University employee or immediate member of his family (father, mother, husband, wife, or child) in order that a book may be placed in the Library in memory of the person who has died. These book purchases are made possible by the Faculty Memorial Book Fund, a voluntary fund to which faculty and other employees of equivalent salary are invited once a year to contribute.

The Librarian handles the purchase of books and the notification of next of kin of such contribution. Each book contains an inscription in memory of the decedent.
