CHAPTER 9 PERSONNEL - CLASSIFIED
Sec. 9.19. General Policy
- It is the policy of The University to maintain for all classified positions, regardless of the source of funds, salary schedules and policies which assure uniform treatment of comparable positions; afford opportunity for recognition of quality of work, continued good service, and outstanding performance; give fair recognition to the individual requirements of employees; and take full account of the pay practices applicable to comparable positions in public and private employment, as well as general economic conditions affecting salary policy.
