CHAPTER 9 - PERSONNEL - CLASSIFIED

Sec. 9.21. Maintenance of Pay Plan

The Director, Office of Personnel Services and Employee Relations, shall study all factors basic to the maintenance of sound pay policies, including pay practices among governmental and private employers, the cost of living, the ability of The University to secure and retain the services of qualified employees, and all pertinent information provided by officials and employees of The University. In the light of such considerations, or because of the creation, abolition, or modification of classes of positions in the service of The University, the Director, Office of Personnel Services and Employee Relations, shall recommend changes in the compensation plan for action by the President.
