CHAPTER 6. UNIVERSITY FACILITIES AND SERVICES
The University of Texas at Austin Policy Memorandum 6.107 Office of the President January 23, 1974Subject: USE OF STUDENT HEALTH CENTER AND CAMPUS RECREATIONAL FACILITIES BY MEMBERS OF WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS, INSTITUTES AND OTHER SHORT-TERM ACTIVITIES
Those administrative units planning to make University recreational facilities and/or the services of the Student Health Center available to participants in short-term activities such as seminars, institutes, and workshops should submit to the Student Health Center and to the Intramural Sports Office a roster containing the following information. This roster should be in the office of the appropriate director no later than the day prior to the beginning of the activity.
Stephen H. Spurr
- 1. Name of workshop, seminar, institute, or other short-term activity.
- 2. Inclusive dates of activity.
- 3. Name of person in charge of activity.
- 4. Where applicable, account number to be charged for the medical service rendered.
- 5. Names of all persons attending the activity.
- 6. A nominal guest fee will be charged for the use of the recreational facilities.
