Subject: CHARGES MADE FOR USE OF REPRODUCING MACHINES

University departments operating reproducing machines (Xerox, Dennison, SCM, etc.), on a rental basis may charge a maximum of five cents per page for use of their machine by other agencies of the University. The income from such charges is to be credited by inter-departmental transfer voucher to the maintenance and operation budget item of the department paying the rental.
