All events will take place on the University of Texas campus at the
San Jacinto Residence Hall, Room 0207

Transportation:

Shuttle service will be provided between the Doubletree Guest Suites and the campus by Carey Vans. The shuttle pick up/drop off times are as follows:

Monday, September 11

1. Departs Doubletree: noon - 1:45 pm.
2. Last shuttle departs at 1:45 p.m. from the Doubletree
3. Departs UT: 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, September 12

1. Departs Doubletree: 7:45 a.m.
2. Departs UT: 3:30 p.m.

Parking:

Guests may park in the Brazos Parking Garage (PG3) at Brazos Street and MLK. Daily parking validations will be provided at the symposium.

Please note, the only access to the Brazos Garage is via the MKL Blvd entrance at Brazos Street.
