Application Information for 2008-2009 School Year for Grades Kinder to 5th:

UT Elementary School will be accepting new applications for grades KG - 5th for the 2008-2009 school year from March 3 - April 18.  Applications may be downloaded below or picked up at our office.

Parents will need to provide copies of the following documents:

A) Proof of I.D. (drivers license, passport or residency card)

B) Proof of physical residence (a current electric bill, current gas bill, or current lease)

C) a copy of the child's birth certificate, social security card, and shot records.

Student must live in the area we serve (78702, 78721, 78722, 78723, 78741).

Only applications turned in during the specified time period will be eligible for the lottery held in early May.  Applications turned in after 4/18 will be added to a waiting list for places left after the lottery.

PK applications will be accepted in June and July 2008 (exact date to be announced).
