TG’s public Benefit Program will support efforts by non-profit entities that declare intent to use grant funding to improve access to, or participation in, postsecondary education, college retention, and student success. TG intends that the primary beneficiaries of these efforts, either directly or indirectly, be students who are from low- to moderate-income families. Grant categories include, 1) Need-based financial aid to students; 2) Direct services to students and families, and 3) Education research. Note: proposals for educational research projects must be submitted separately using the Research application (.doc).

Please submit the following materials electronically to limitedsub@austin.utexas.edu no later than 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12:

1. Dean's or ORU Director's Letter of Nomination

2. One page maximum lay abstract describing the aims of the proposed research project.

3. The bio sketch of the UT PI

** The Associate Deans for Research should rank the proposals accordingly and submit them forward.
