The BDC Discussion List

This discussion list is intended to facilitate the exchange of information and debate among the scholars and activists participating in the BDC project. Others interested in the range of subjects that are part of the BDC project may send a subscription request to the list administrator.

You can unsubscribe at any time by sending a message to

listproc@lists.cc.utexas.edu

with the following requests:

sign off bdcproject or unsubscribe bdcproject

Upon subscribing please read carefully the following guidelines:

- Keep the welcome message sent to you when you subscribe to the list. It contains important information, including how to remove yourself from the list.
- Don't send the exact same message twice. The list processor will think this is due to a mail-forwarding loop and reject the second message. If you need to send an identical message a second time (say, a periodic information file), put the date at the end of the message. The list processor will then recognize it as a different message.
- Send all subscription-information and other list processor commands to the address listproc@lists.cc.utexas.edu and not to the list itself. Always put the command in the body of the message, not in the "Subject" line.
- Send all messages intended for the list to the list's address, NOT to listproc@lists.cc.utexas.edu.
- Don't put a listproc command in the first line of a message to a list. The list processor will consider it to be a command mistakenly sent to the list instead of to listproc@lists.cc.utexas.edu and your message will not go through.

For further instructions and information or other questions, requests and comments, please contact the list administrator.
