GOAL: Design high performance GRIM (Gradient Index MetaFerrite) antennas exploiting the gradient properties, high index, and vacuum match of MetaFerrites.

Motivation: Enable compact antenna system with good match to vacuum.

High variable refractive index with simultaneous control of permittivity and permeability allows practical realization of vacuum matched thin flat gradient index antennas and lenses.
