8/31/2008 -- Center publishes evaluation of Texas NCP Choices program

Researchers at the Ray Marshall Center for the Study of Human Resources have published a report estimating impacts of the Texas NCP Choices program on key outcome measures after several years of operation in the four of the five original sites and studying the implementation and process of the program. NCP Choices provides employment services linked to enhanced child support monitoring to low-income non-custodial parents (NCPs) who have fallen behind on their child support payments. The report concludes that NCP Choices appears to have successfully achieved all of its program goals. To view a copy of the full report, click here.
