7/09 - The George Kaiser Family Foundation awarded the Ray Marshall Center a second grant of $316,202 to work with a team of researchers at Harvard University's Center for the Developing Child (led by Jack Shonkoff) and others to implement a sectoral jobs strategy for the parents of Head Start and Early Head Start children at Tulsa's Educare Center.  Center researchers have been working on the design of this effort for the past year.
