10/1/0909 - The Ray Marshall Center has selected Shelby Tracy, a student in the MPAff. program at the LBJ School of Public Affairs, to be the fourth recipient of the Bryna and Henry David Fellowship.  David Fellows receive salary, tuition and other support while working at the Center on education and workforce policy.  Ms. Tracy will be working primarily on the Central Texas Student Futures Project that is funded by the Greater Austin Chamber and TG's Public Grant Program.
