10/15/2009 - RMC Christopher King conducted a briefing for congressional and agency staff as well as other interested parties on the work of the Central Texas Student Futures Project at the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington, D.C.  The briefing was led by Gene Austin, CEO of Convio, Inc., and 2009 vice-chair of the Metro Austin Chamber of Commerce.  Congressman Michael McCaul, TG President and CEO Sue McMillin and Joy Philpott, coordinator of school improvement and accountability at San Marcos ISD also participated in the briefing.
