Texas Star Awards

John Opperman introduced Governor Perry and the Governor after greeting the audience provided the Texas Star Awards. The recipient of the large organization award was the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission; the recipient of the medium sized organization was the Teacher Retirement System and the recipient of the small organization was the State Office of Administrative Hearings.
