Now that you have your survey results, you are ready to take
the next steps of using data to build a stronger
organization. We have provided you with survey data in three
different formats: |
1. The Executive Summary - This color
report is useful for quickly highlighting the main points of interest without
getting into excessive detail. It also offers suggestions and courses of action
for a few areas and gives a detailed plan of action for your next steps. |
2. The Data Report -
This Report
provides aggregate scoring for each individual item as well as construct scores.
It goes into detail of how many respondents selected each possible answer on our
scale of Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree. It also provides scores for
Additional Items if your organization chose to have them. |
3. Excel Files - Separate Excel Files
are provided for the Primary Items, Additional Items, and Constructs. Theses
files are provided so that you are able to manipulate the data for your own
reporting needs. |
