The liaison is encouraged to provide additional offerings of information and reminders to employees.  Requesting assistance from "cheerleaders" in various departments has been effective in increasing response rates for some organizations.  Survey packets are delivered to the organization for distribution to employees.  Notices to the employees are provided before, on the start date, and on the end date of data collection.  For on-line submissions, the Survey Office will be able to notify the liaison one week into the data collection period of the number of surveys submitted by the organization.  If your organization collected return envelopes internally, these need to be returned to the Survey Office at the end of the data collection period.  Interpretation of results comes next.
