Survey Office compiles and analyzes all state data, then returns Benchmark data to all participating organizations.

 Benchmark data on the web

The Survey Office staff compiles organizational data, analyzes it, then returns results to the survey liaison, executive director, and board or commission chair approximately one month after data collection stops.  These individuals are strongly encouraged to share results with all survey participants in the organization.  This helps build trust between employees and management and encourages employee involvement and ownership of how the data can be used to improve both workplace conditions and customer satisfaction.  Receipt of the Benchmark information after the first of the year allows organizations to see how they compare to similar organizations in the state.  Now comes Intervention.
