About the Survey The Survey focuses upon fully utilizing an organization's human resources to build viable institutions, businesses, communities, and economies that will serve us in a new century.  This web page provides a description of the Survey, its development, use as a tool for organizational change, and a history of the survey.

Benchmark Group  Our Benchmark Group was created to advise us on how leading industries use data to enhance the capabilities of human resources and improve upon the quality of products and services. 

  Best Practices includes several examples from  participating organizations on how they conduct the survey, return the data, increase response rates, and so on.   Case studies provide an in-depth look at survey utilization, and the impact of effectively using Survey data to drive organizational improvement.
