UTSA Best Practices

The University of Texas San Antonio Business Affairs unit utilizes the Survey of Employee Engagement.

In order to accomplish its mission within UTSA, Business Affairs employs tools to aid in its management of employees. One of the central tools used is the Survey of Employee Engagement (formerly the Survey of Organizational Excellence).  The SEE/SOE has been administered within Business Affairs on a biennial basis since in 2005. UTSA BA has used the survey instrument to obtain a baseline of information about what employees within Business Affairs thought and felt including their views on their work environment, supervision in the department, and attitudes toward their work.
