Alejandra Cruz has experience in legal, planning and policy analysis. She has participated in several research projects, in the drafting of the Texas Rail Plan, and most recently in Texas´s Border Master Plans.
Alejandra Cruz holds a Master in Laws from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Laws from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Prior to joining the Center for Transportation Research in 2007, she worked as an attorney for Banamex (Citigroup) where she mostly focused in cross-border lending, state and municipalities financing transactions, and SME lending products.
