Free Viewing Softwares
Microsoft and Adobe both offer viewing utilities for their software. These viewers might be helpful if you want to access certain files via the Internet with equipment that does not have the file's original software (for example, when attempting to view an online PowerPoint presentation on a handheld computer.)

Adobe Acrobat Reader: This viewer, nearly ubiquitous on Macs and PCs, allows you to view files in PDF format.
Adobe Acrobat PDF Converter: Adobe's online converter program changes PDF files to HTML or text files and delivers the resulting conversion to you immediately in your browser application.
Microsoft Viewers
Viewers for Microsoft Office and Visio files enable users to open, view, and print Office and Visio documents. Microsoft viewers are small, freely distributed programs. Please read Microsoft's online information to download the correct software for your situation.
