The Sackler Prize “…is intended to encourage dedication to science, originality and excellence by rewarding outstanding young scientists.

Eligibility
Prizes are awarded each year alternating between Physics and Chemistry. The Sackler Prize supports dedication to science, originality and excellence, and is intended for young scientists who have made outstanding and fundamental contributions. Candidate must have received his/her Ph.D. in the past 15 years.

VPR Required Documents
Invited deans should choose one nominee and provide the following electronically to the VPR:

  1. Dean’s letter of nomination;
  2. Nomination form;
  3. Nominee’s current Curriculum Vitae including list of publications;
  4. Brief description or summary of the nominee's research achievements; and
  5. At least one letter of recommendation.

Notes
