Agriculture, chemistry, medicine and physics. Note: The prize in mathematics will not be awarded in 2016. In the Arts, the prize rotates annually among architecture, music, painting and sculpture (in 2016, only architecture will be considered).

Letter of nomination from ORU director or dean, a completed nomination form, a high resolution (300 dpi or more) recent photograph of the candidate in jpg format. Finalists selected will need to provide three external reference letters.
