IRB Meeting Dates and Deadlines

(Does not apply to Expedited Review and Exempt Determinations)

• †All materials required for full board review (including relevant IRBaccess application(s) and 20 paper copies) must be received by 5 p.m. on the deadline date. Paper copies should be delivered to the Office of Research Support at FAC 426.
• *All meetings are in FAC 328 and usually begin at 1 p.m. Dates and times are subject to change.

IRB meetings are not open to observers. However, the board does occasionally invite researchers into the meeting if their study is being reviewed and board members have questions about it. If you have submitted a study for full board review and wish to be available for possible invitation into the IRB meeting, please contact: ORSC@UTS.CC.UTEXAS.EDU.
