What is the Undergraduate Research Journal?
The Undergraduate Research Journal is a student-edited, multi-disciplinary
journal of undergraduate research at the University of Texas at Austin.
Copies of the 2007 edition of the UT URJ are available in
advising offices in the Natural Sciences college.

What's New?
The tentative deadline for submission for the 2008 URJ is Friday, March 7th, 2008. Click the submission tab above for the procedure to submit. Note that our selection day is Saturday, February 9, 2008. Please contact the URJ staff at utexasurj@gmail.com for more information or if you wish to have a print copy sent to you.
We offer a $200 award for the top paper and $50 awards for all other published papers. So be sure to get the papers in before deadline!
Did you recently complete an honors thesis this past spring? Planning on
doing summer research? Send us a short (and we mean short) summary of your
