Curation FormsBelow are electronic copies of all the necessary forms needed to curate material at TARL. Please refer to Stipulations and Procedures for the Preparation of Archeological Records for more information on the submission of the proper forms. Form 1Request for Housing/Provisional Housing AgreementThis form includes sizes of drawers for calculating space needs. Top of form is to be completed by Submitting Archeologist; bottom of form is to be signed by authorized representative of TARL. Summary of Number Series UsedEach site will require one of these for each project/phase of work done. Form 3Collection Processing RecordUse as many sheets as needed for each project to indicate various kinds of treatment. Form 4Collections Inventory WorksheetOne per site per project. Form 5Transfer Inventory/Accession RecordUse one form per project/donation. Top of form is to be completed by Submitting Archeologist; bottom of form is to be completed by TARL personnel. Form 6Letter of Transfer/OwnershipTransfer form for a Private Sponsor and the Submitting Archeologist. Governmental Agency Curation AgreementTransfer form for a Public Agency and the Submitting Archeologist. Form 8Deed of GiftThis form is to be signed by private landowners affected by CRM projects and is to be submitted to TARL along with the appropriate Letter of Transfer cited above. The Deed of Gift is also used in non-CRM situations to document the formal transfer of materials to TARL. This would be the form for an individual or an institution, agency, or company to use if a tax credit for a donation to a non-profit entity (The University of Texas at Austin) was desired. |
