TPPC is a joint collaboration between the Center for Transportation Research (CTR) at the University of Texas at Austin and the Texas Transportation Institute (TTI) at Texas A&M University , with CTR serving as the lead agency. Dr. Yetkin Yildirim and Dr. Kenneth H. Stokoe are from CTR, and Cindy Estakhri and Joe Button are from TTI. Dr. Yildirim is Director of the TPPC.
