INVITED DEANS should forward the following
nomination materials for one nominee electronically to the VPR: 1)
department chair's letter of nomination; 2) a statement (1-2 pages)
describing the nominee's achievements in relation to the Prize; and 3)
nominee's CV (which includes nominee's full name, nationality, and address,
position, and professional qualifications), and publications indicating the
five (5) are most relevant to the Prize.
