Fred Murphy Jones & Homer Lindsey Bruce Endowed Fellowships
For incoming or continuing graduate students in alcoholism and addiction research. Recipients may be of any residence status. Selected by a committee of Waggoner Center faculty primarily on the basis of academic merit and research achievement. The stipend is $24,000 plus tuition, fees, insurance and travel allowances.

Alcohol Training Grant
Stipends provided for postdoctoral fellows and continuing graduate students in alcohol research. Recipients may be US citizens or permanent residents. Faculty recruit postdoctoral candidates when openings occur. Postdoctoral stipends vary according to NIH scale (beginning at $36,996 for fiscal year 2007-2008). Students are nominated by their graduate programs and selected by a faculty committee primarily on the basis of academic merit and research achievement. Graduate stipends total $24,000 plus tuition, fees, insurance and travel allowances. Administered by the College of Pharmacy. Please see the training grant web page for further information.
Neuroscience Training Grant
For incoming graduate students admitted to the Institute for Neuroscience. Recipients may be US citizens or permanent residents. A faculty committee considers all students admitted to the neuroscience program; awards are based on academic merit and research achievement. Graduate Research Assistants (GRAs), Teaching Assistants (TAs) & Assistant Instructors (AIs)
