Submitting Controls to
National Pharmaceutical Returns, Inc. (NPR)

NPR is an approved controlled substances return company. If you choose to use NPR see below for information on their return services.

We have made a packet of the required forms (PDF) available.

Checklist

  1. Inventory controls on the Return Request for Schedules 2-5 and fax back to NPR.
    Note: If you have Schedule/Control II items you must wait for NPR to send you the DEA form 222. This form must be filled out before shipping.
  2. Sign the Service Agreement and fax back to NPR. (Note: the Service Agreement must be obtained by individual licensees through NPR).
  3. Fax a copy of the DEA license (State license also, if applicable).
  4. Verify the information on the Client Verification Form and fax back to NPR.
  5. NPR will contact you when they receive the above information.
  6. Upon verbal verification on the above paperwork, ship the controls via the United Parcel Service (UPS) to:

Note: Send a check with the controls for the $50.00 minimum amount charged, if applicable. If the return exceeds the minimum dollar amount charged, then you will receive a bill for the difference.
